Position:  I’ve been the Library Manager for almost 2 years. Before that, I was the Interlibrary Loans Clerk.

How long you have worked at Bon Accord Public Library:  14 years.

Book you think everyone should read: Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese.

When little, wanted to be: A marine biologist.

Best things about your job: Purchasing books and movies.

How your job has changed since the pandemic started: Since the pandemic, I started offering curbside pickups, and connecting with patrons has shifted more towards being by phone or online rather than in person.

Favourite library memory: Book club. We have a potluck and we get to enjoy awesome food and interesting conversations.

Secret superpower: Making people feel comfortable. :)
